Unwind at our massage room, located on the adjacent island connected by a hanging bridge. Take in the idyllic tropical island backdrop and the sound of waves. Hot stone, deep tissue massages and exfoliating facial or body scrubs available.

1. Ease of travel getting here
Traveling to a private island couldn’t be easier. We take care of all transportation from David Airport, which involves ground transfers and a short boat ride. The travel time from David to the island is approximately 75 minutes.
2. All of our packages are customizable
If our standard retreat package doesn’t quite meet your needs, we can tailor it to your requirements. Whether it means adding on Panama City services, hosting a party or ceremony on a particular night, adding extra nights or additional activities, rest assured we can make it happen!
3. Assistance in Panama City
We offer services at cost for groups planning an overnight stay in the capital for you to make the most of what Panama has to offer. This includes VIP immigration clearance, a Panama Canal or Old City tour, private ground transfers, hotel stays and domestic flight reservations including charter flights.
4. Room flexibility
Our casitas have interchangeable set ups between twins and kings, giving you the flexibility to offer private rooms or twin sharers. Whether your group is formed mainly of solo, friends, couples or families, we will find an accommodation option that works for them.
5. Our island adventures
We have an extensive range of activities available on the island as well as off-island tours, many of which will be complimentary in your retreat package. Activities include snorkelling, island hopping, whale watching, sunset cruise, scuba diving tours and lessons, jungle hiking, horseback riding, towing sports, sport-fishing, surfing, kayaking or SUP in the mangroves, or a day out in Boquete.
6. Details matter to us
Details go a long way when it comes to running a retreat. Our team will work with you ahead of the retreat start date to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you arrive in Panama. Ground and boat transportation will always be sorted, our menus will be adapted to dietary requirements, and an activity program will be offered.
7. High quality and local ingredients
We take pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients and products that are seasonal and local. We promote a healthy yet gourmet approach in the kitchen with a Panamanian twist. All dietary requirements will be taken care of such as vegan, gluten and dairy free, and allergies.
8. Everything is accessible
The main restaurant, casitas, yoga shala, marina, spa and beaches are all within walking distance from each other. You can get from one side of the resort to the other in under 5 minutes, with even the start of our hiking trail located at our beach!
